We do not accept returns or exchanges on our sea moss products once they have been purchased, as they are perishable and cannot be resold.
If you experience any issues with your order, such as damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, offer a replacement or a full refund.
Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong product, please reach out to us within 7 days, and we will make it right by either sending you the correct product or providing a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:

You provide photos of the damaged or incorrect items to assist with our investigation.

Products that have been opened or used.
Products that have been ordered incorrectly (e.g., incorrect size or variety) by the customer.
